Interview Process 🎙️

👋 1. 15-30min screening with one or both of our Co-Founders.
💬 2. 45min interview with one of our Co-Founders and a member of your future team.
🧑‍🔬 3. 60 min task stage where you will present back to both of our Co-Founders.
We want to get to know you, so bring the best version of yourself.

To enhance your chances of success, we suggest thoroughly researching TGI & our clients, carefully reviewing the job role, and most importantly assessing if our values align and you'll be a good fit in the team.
Come prepared with any questions you may have as we're there to be interviewed just as much as you are.
After you've applied, we will get back to you with feedback within 5 working days.

Our Perks ✨

We work as a team from our London or Manchester office two days a week and provide the team with WeWork membership if they wish to work in office beyond this.
We work a 40 hour week - it is up to you how you choose to work your hours, being mindful of team and client meetings.
We contribute £25/pm towards any activity that makes you feel great in body and mind (the team currently enjoy the gym, yoga, a daily coffee, fresh flowers etc.)
To support your travel costs, we provide a monthly travel budget of £45.
Good Influence is in our name, but also in our nature. On top of our 1% For The Planet Membership, we also donate our time to our charities of choice.
25 days holiday allowance per year + bank holidays.
We love to have a good time together as a team. We typically do an in-person team meeting every other month, with a nice lunch, then drinks & nibbles. In the summer and at Christmas we also have a team night out and cover hotel costs for those not London based.
We operate a quarterly bonus policy to reward you based on new client wins, client renewals, exceeding targets and recognition awards.
