👀 The Role
We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Influencer Executive to join our growing Influencer Marketing team. Reporting into an Influencer Manager, you’ll play a key role in sourcing creators, managing campaign logistics, and staying on the pulse of platform trends. You’ll work across multiple clients, supporting the delivery of innovative influencer campaigns that drive real impact.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a love for social media, an eye for detail, and an ambition to build strong relationships with talent and clients alike.
🎨 What you'll be doing:
Talent Management & Sourcing
- Research and recommend influencers aligned to campaign briefs and brand goals
- Conduct outreach to creators and track responses
- Screen influencers for quality, tone, and audience fit
Campaign Delivery & Project Management
- Support delivery of influencer campaigns, including tracking deliverables, timelines and communications
- Maintain up-to-date project trackers and documentation
- Help manage feedback rounds and approvals
Platform & Trend Knowledge
- Stay up to date with platform trends, content formats, and emerging talent
- Contribute to weekly team trend reports and internal inspiration sessions
- Highlight relevant trends or creators to support proactive ideation
Reporting & Measurement
- Pull campaign performance data from influencer platforms and social tools
- Populate post-campaign reports using internal templates and tools
- Support commentary on basic performance metrics like reach, engagement and views
Client Servicing
- Support preparation of client-facing materials including casting decks and wrap reports
- Join client calls to take notes and learn effective communication
- Ensure documentation and communication are clear, timely and professionally presented
Attention to Detail
- Check influencer content for accuracy, adherence to brief and deadlines
- Keep clear records of creator deliverables, contracts and campaign costs
- Flag potential risks, issues, or inconsistencies early
🔍 Who we're looking for:
- Experience: 6–12 months experience in a marketing, content, or social media environment (agency or brand-side)
- Industry Knowledge: Passion for creator culture, influencer marketing trends and social platform advancements; able to anticipate and respond to market shifts.
- Advanced Project Management: Experience in managing projects with a high degree of organisation, prioritisation, and attention to deadlines.
- Influencer and Talent Relationships: Starting to build network within the influencer industry and able to leverage these relationships for campaign support.
- Analytical & Results-Oriented: Comfortable using analytics to track campaign success, extract actionable insights, and advise on performance improvements.
💰Salary
- Competitive salary depending on experience – salary range between £27,352 - £30,000.
