👀 The Role
We’re looking for a high energy creative powerhouse to join our team as a Mid-weight Designer, working across our roster of paid and organic clients. This role is for an incredibly agile multidisciplinary creative who can jump into absolutely any project without hesitation. Your specific strength and undeniable passion must be in video editing and motion graphics, backed by a deeply ingrained social-first mindset.
Your key responsibility will be day to day content creation that ranges from high-quality graphic design to complex, fast-turnaround video edits. We need an absolute perfectionist with an uncompromising eye for detail, but equally, someone who leaves their ego at the door. You need a relentlessly positive, "can do" attitude, someone who doesn't complain when the goalposts move, but simply pivots and delivers. This role suits a fast-moving self-starter with a solution-based mindset. You won’t just be executing briefs; you’ll be defining what "good" looks like, utilising AI to innovate, and driving projects forward at pace to create award-winning work.
🎨 What you'll be doing:
Content Creation & Production
Dive headfirst into day-to-day content creation across both paid and organic clients, ensuring every asset is platform-native, polished, and delivered on time.
Lead the charge on video editing and motion graphics (your primary focus), bringing a strong social-first background to transform raw footage into scroll-stopping content.
Produce high-quality static graphic design work alongside your motion duties, jumping nimbly between mediums as the briefs demand.
Take full, proactive ownership of the production process, ensuring technical specs and platform best practices are met every single time, no matter how tight the deadline.
Innovation & Research
Act as our resident creative AI whizz. You possess expert level command of the leading video and image generation platforms (e.g., Midjourney, Gen-3, Topaz) and understand the nuances of prompt engineering to achieve specific, high-fidelity results fast.
Demonstrate a deep, active curiosity for the rapid-fire social landscape. You are constantly researching what is trending and what is new across TikTok, Reels, and other platforms.
Apply a "social-first" lens to every project, understanding intuitively what works for engagement (organic) versus conversion (paid).
Workflow & Collaboration
Work collaboratively with different areas of the company (strategy, influencer, paid media) to create the absolute best work possible.
Manage your own workload with a radically proactive attitude; you don't wait to be told what to do, you identify the need, adapt to the situation, and execute.
Thrive in a highly agile, fast-paced environment. You can prioritise and drive multiple projects simultaneously, pivoting seamlessly when things change, and meeting strict deadlines with a smile and zero drop in quality.
🔍 Who we're looking for:
Previous agency experience is an absolute must. You understand the lightning-fast pace of agency life, and you know exactly how to juggle multiple clients effectively without breaking a sweat.
Elite motion design & social-first skills: An impressive creative portfolio demonstrating heavy-hitting capabilities in video editing and motion graphics (Premiere Pro/After Effects), alongside solid graphic design chops (Figma/Photoshop/Illustrator). You live on social and know exactly what visual trends are driving culture right now.
A remarkably positive, resilient attitude: You have a "can-do," drama-free approach. You are nimble, adaptable, and ready to jump into whatever the day throws at you without complaint.
AI proficiency: Proven skills in utilising AI tools for video and image generation; you know how to use these platforms to your advantage to speed up workflows.
Detail-obsessed but fast: An absolute perfectionist with an uncompromising eye for detail, paired with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks under pressure.
A true team player: A collaborative spirit who is happy working autonomously but thrives when rolling up their sleeves to contribute to the wider team's success.

Competitive Salary: £35,000 - 42,000 depending on experience, location and role fit.
